Job Title: ProSave Application Support Analyst (Maternity cover)

Team: IT - Technology Services

Reports To: ProSave Team Lead

Contract Length: Fixed Term Contract Fixed term contract (1st Nov 2025 – 30th June 2026)

Grade: P2

Location: Any approved Save the Children International office location.

Time Zone (that the role holder must be available to work in)Any

Team and Job Purpose

The Technology Services Application team works collaboratively with other IT teams and the business functions to own the global applications services and ensure system availability and excellent end user experience.

The team provides outstanding service to SCI and Member end users while mitigating and resolving all incidents and service requests for relevant application systems.

Role purpose

The role is responsible for taking ownership of all assigned incidents and service requests to mitigate any interruptions to system availability and usage.   That ownership includes meeting transparent measurable metrics for response, resolution, and customer experience.

 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ownership of response and resolution for all assigned incidents and service requests in JIRA
  • Excellent customer communication 
  • Effective use of JIRA tool to meet all policies and ways of working
  • Meet all Metric standards including SLAs and CSAT 
  • Proficient understanding of systems including technical and business process knowledge 
  • Maintain documentation of system and internal ways of working
  • Effective Collaboration, triage, and escalation with other IT teams
  • Promote and deliver Continuous Improvement
  • Safeguard data by adhering to all Information Security and access policies

 

Experience and Skills

Essential

  1. Demonstrable experience providing IT services while consistently meeting metrics like SLAs
  2. Demonstrable experience of troubleshooting experience in an integrated application environment
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with international organizations
  4. Demonstrate being able to take initiative and work independently while still being an engaged team member.
  5. Fluent English

Desirable

  • Previous experience with SAP Ariba Application
  • Knowledge of [Finance/People/Operations] buisness processes
  • Experience working in the Non-Profit Sector
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar Agile service platform
  • Fluent Spanish, French, or Arabic
  • Experience working with a global team across multiple timezones

Education and Qualifications 

Essential

  • Computing Degree (BSc, BA) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Desirable

  • ITIL certification
  • DevOps certification
